About this tool
How Keyword Density Checker works.
What density means
Keyword density is how often a word or phrase appears divided by total words. It's a quick check for repetition, not a ranking formula.
What we show
Top single words, two-word and three-word phrases, with counts and percentages. Common filler words are hidden from the single-word list.
Use it wisely
If one phrase is above roughly 3%, the copy may read as stuffed. Focus on being clear and useful, not on hitting a number.

There's no magic number. Under about 2-3% for your main phrase usually reads naturally.
Not as a direct ranking factor. Use it to catch awkward repetition and to confirm your topic words are present.
Pasted text is analyzed in your browser. If you enter a URL, we fetch that page once to read its text and don't store it.
