Every single Tuft and Needle product is available with a free standard shipping option with the exception of shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

All of our products are included in the 100-night free trial.
If the mattress or any other product you purchase from us ends up not being the right fit for you within the first 100 nights, just let us know and we will help you with a return and full refund.
Does Tuft & Needle use flame retardants or fiberglass like other companies?
The Tuft & Needle Original, Mint and Mint Hybrid do not contain any fiberglass in any component.
Our fire barrier consists of a knit blend of polyester and cotton, treated with a food-grade salt.
It meets the criteria for both the 1633 (open flame) and 1632 (cigarette) burn test standards.
What payment options does Tuft & Needle have?
We accept payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover), Apple Pay, GooglePay, and PayPal.

Does Tuft & Needle offer financing options?
We have partnered with Affirm to offer financing or pay-over-time options.
At checkout, you will be given the option to pay through Affirm.
If approved, you will be given loan payment options for 3, 6, or 12 months.
For example, on a $700 purchase, you may pay $63.18 for 12 months with a 15% APR.
All interest is provided upfront, there are no hidden fees, and only a soft credit check is done through Affirm's system for approval.* After you've confirmed your choice, you will be redirected back to the Tuft and Needle website to complete checkout.
